Unlike our competitors, we don't charge a so-called 'minimum' bench fee costing you $40 to $60 JUST for us to look at your system -- instead, we'll give you our assessment offhand.. for free! If for some reason we can't tell you what your problem most likely is before finding a solution to your problem, each diagnostic test is $10, with a maximum of $40.

How does this benefit you? Rather than paying a flat $40 to $60 charge, if for example we feel your RAM stick might be at fault, we'll run a single test at $10 to confirm our suspicion.. keeping your hard-earned difference of $30 (or more!) in your pocket!

Hardware diagnostic [RAM, HDD, etc.]: $10-

Software installation/configuration/troubleshooting: $20 per hour
$10 (50% off) each additional installation

Malware [viruses, trojans, worms, etc.] and/or adware/spyware removal: $40 per hour
(price reflects complexity of locating and fully eradicating malware)

Hardware replacement [RAM, HDD, processor, cable, etc., excluding mainboard/motherboard and power supply unit]: $20-
$10 per additional item (50% off).. for example, if you would like one, two or even four RAM DIMMs replaced it will cost $20 total, but if you would like your processor replaced at the same time it would be an additional $10 (50% savings!)

Software-driven hardware replacement [graphics card, modem, network interface card, etc.]: $30-
$15- (50% off) per additional item

Main/motherboard replacement: $50-
(price reflects complexity and labor of removing and replacing almost all components)

Power Supply Unit replacement: $40-

Peripheral installation/configuration [printer, router, etc.]: $40-

We can custom-build systems to order! Prices range from $400 for a better-than-bare bones system to $1,200 and up for a high-end system (the last time I built my own system it priced $1,200 for what would have easily been $2,000 at typical retail price). Unlike our competitors, we don't mark up prices for our components (we give you rock-bottom prices), so you can provide your own and just pay our flat labor fee of ~$50 per hour depending on the complexity and customization of the system you'd like.
